Course is open for riding on Sunday 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
Coaches and Athletes can test their resolve by tackling 4 different course options ranging from 2-7 miles. Don’t let the distance fool you! Choose from Mild Escape (2 miles), Medium Escape (4 miles), Hot Escape (5.5 miles) or No Escape (Full 7 Miles).  At your own pace and athletes must ride with coaches.

Scavenger hunt is part of the course. Each team is to collect flags from each section. There will be one flag per group so only take one flag. Each section has a different difficulty. Those daring enough to complete all the sections will score higher. Each group out on course must have at least two coaches. (One being a level 2 coach). For those not riding the whole course we will have fun games to play by pit zone like an awesome cardboard slide, bike soccer and a skills zone!

Go Time!!  Escape to Granogue is happening tomorrow as planned. No changes in the schedule as of now.  If we do get an isolated storm we will follow the NICA Weather guide (click button below).

Attention Coaches!  Tomorrow at the start of group rides we will have a very short and easy check-in process. We will supply radios to coaches to be able to communicate with you while out on course in case mother nature gets any crazy more ideas. We will cover all of this and any other changes at tomorrow’s coaches meeting. We will meet at the trailer at 8:30 am for the coaches meeting.

We are set up and ready to deliver all of the Delaware NICA stoke and radness to you tomorrow!
