2025 Delaware NICA Giving Campaign
The Delaware League had a very successful 2025 season. We hosted 5 events for our community of 111 families and 60 coaches. Over the next few weeks we’re asking your support as we plan for 2026 and we’re giving you something back for your generosity! Read through the campaign overview below to learn how to claim your exclusive reward ahead of the 2026 season.
The instructions below are a step-by-step guide to making a donation and earning your promotional rewards this year.
- Click the blue ♥ Give Today button and make a charitable donation to the Delaware League
- You feel good knowing you are supporting getting more kids on bikes in Delaware
- We receive a notification that a donation has been made with an associated email address
- The Delaware League sends you an email to claim your exclusive socks and hip pack
- We ship items free of charge to the address provided
- Your new limited edition exclusive reward arrives at your front door
- You wear your items on the trail and look cooler than all your mountain bike friends
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my socks/hip pack
As soon as you make a donation we will send you a link to input your sizing and shipping information to receive your promotional item(s). Items will be sent to the provided address immediately thereafter via standard shipping. In the chance we run out of stock on hand and have to acquire more from our vendors it could take a few weeks before you receive your promotional items.
What if I don’t want the promotional items
After we receive your donation you will be emailed a link to input data and shipping information. If you are not interested in the promotional items you can ignore this email.
Do I have to be associated with DE NICA to receive my items
You do not have to be associated with the Delaware League or NICA in any way to make a donation and claim your promotional items!
How much do I have to donate to receive the Promotional Items
Make a donation of any amount to receive a pair of custom socks from our friends at Ridge Supply (multiple sizes available), and make a donation of $150 or more to receive a pair of custom Delaware League socks and a custom Nittany Mountain Works hip pack.
Please Read: Processing fees do not count towards your overall donation amount. Monthly donations totaling $150 or more over 12 months ($12.50 a month) qualify individuals for the hip pack upon the first payment installation. (we're trusting you'll continue your commitment for 12 months) One time donations less than $10 will not qualify individuals to receive a pair of socks
is my donation tax deductible
We will email you a donation receipt. Please retain it for your records, as it may be required to substantiate your charitable contribution for tax purposes, subject to applicable law.
Will I Get My items before Christmas
The Delaware League can not guarantee that you will receive your items before December 25th
How long does the End of Year Campaign/promotion run
The opportunity for you to earn promotional gear based on your level of donation will run through 12/16/25 11:59PM EST.
Can I buy the promotional items at a later date in the Delaware League store
Promotional items will not be for sale during the 2026 Delaware NICA Season. However any leftover stock will be available for purchase during the 2027 Delaware NICA season with no restock after items sell out.
How do I become a sustaining member instead of paying up front

if I donate multiple times do I get multiple pairs of items
Promotional gear is limited to one pair of socks and one hip pack per individual during this campaign.
What if I donate $150 and want 2x pairs of socks instead of socks and a hip pack

What items will be part of next year’s campaign
I don’t even know what’s for dinner tomorrow so I really have no idea about our EOY campaign for 2026
If I donated to NICA instead of the Delaware League do I still receive promotional items
No, this promotion is for donations made to the Delaware League only.
What will my donation go to support
This donation will go to support a variety of Delaware League expenses including Delaware League Programs (GRiT, Adventure, TTC) and equipment needs for new teams launching in 2026.
Do I have to pay for shipping
Shipping is on us, you will not be charged for shipping. Please note: we can not ship to locations outside of the continental U.S.
How Long do I have to claim my promotional items
You must claim your items before 12/19/2025 at 11:59PM EST. Failure to claim items before this date may result in you not receiving your items during this campaign.
